Job Purpose

Join us and you will use your experience and decorating skills to carry out, interpret and report on experimental paint work and product development projects to agreed timelines as part the operational plan for our Decorative Paints business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule, prepare & carry out practical paint application tests.
  • Give feedback on findings.
  • Make recommendations with regards to application properties or final esthetics of coatings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in supporting paint demonstrations/reviews of new developments or existing paints to new customers.
  • Build an understanding of customer needs.
  • Support active roll out of products.
  • Participate in ad hoc application projects.
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing colleagues in providing specimen panels.
  • Work safely & be proactive in improving standards.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced decorator.
  • Good practical skills.
  • Proficient user of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
