We are recognised for building successful partnerships with customers and are now seeking an experienced recruiter to join the team to continue to build our employer brand and provide a best-in-class recruitment service to the business.
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will work within a small team to provide an effective recruitment service to hiring managers and other stakeholders. This will involve you managing the end-to-end recruitment delivery of a range of vacancies across multiple functions in the business. We will look to you to give guidance to hiring managers on attracting and selecting candidates as well as implementing the agreed solution. You will be a master in juggling priorities and not be fazed by working in a fast paced environment. We will look to you to proactively build internal and external relationships and talent pipelines too as well as bringing in fresh ideas to solve recruitment challenges in the business. Important will be the ability to identify opportunities to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and reduce costs.
You must have in-house recruitment experience in a fast paced customer focused environment, working with a variety of business, Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders. You must be expert at delivering successful, end to end recruitment campaigns to deadlines, building talent pipelines and be knowledgeable in Employment Law relating to recruitment and selection. Comfortable sourcing candidates for a wide variety of roles, you will also have experience of working with e-recruitment and applicant tracking systems. You will be competent in monitoring and delivering against KPI’s and SLA’s too. A strong communicator you build relationships quickly, challenge the status quo and are credible operating at all levels.
