Job Description

Reporting to: Charles Williams, Managing Director
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Annual salary: Between £35,000 and £37,000, depending on experience and qualifications

Experience:
·         Demonstrable success in developing and implementing sustainability and compliance programmes
·         Accustomed to writing and maintaining Health and Safety Manuals
·         Accustomed to company audit processes
·         Familiar with ISO standards
·         Project management
·         At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:
·         To maintain external accreditations
·         Manage day to day compliance activities and resolve issues
·         Run internal committees and ensure actions are completed and effective
·         Maintain Health and Safety Manual
·         Maintain business environment
·         Maintain small fleet
·         Manage employee welfare and Welfare Budget
·         Quality Standards
·         Building security
·         Data security
·         Organise building maintenance
·         Supervise and vet Subcontractors
·         Manage office improvement projects
·         Provide statistics to ONS, PRODCON and other external parties
·         Execute internal audit programme and analyse trends
·         Report to Management Team
·         Measure and report company sustainability performance according to goals and KPIs
