About The Role

To develop class leading, reliable software solutions that helps our customers manufacture sustainably and reduce

waste by utilising our industrial printing expertise.

As part of a Scrum team, you will participate in the design and development of software solutions, using industry best

practice, whilst embedding quality at every step. You will be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery

to delivery, where we look to achieve our company strategic goals by having a progressive and adaptable mindset that

recognises both, business, and agile values and principles whilst being a role model for them

Responsibilities

About you

  • Delivering value to customers by developing, testing and reviewing software solutions.
  • Work alongside the team to ensure code has sufficient test coverage and is tested at the appropriate

levels whilst following the test strategy.

  • Continuing to develop their skills so they can take tasks all the way through the SDLC.
  • Actively collaborate with individuals within the team to achieve our business objectives.
  • Writing maintainable, tested and compliant code that aligns with the designed software architecture.
  • Contributing to improvement activities. (e.g. developing tools, ways of working, engineering practices)
  • Refining, estimating, and planning the product backlog.
  • Make sure we have just enough documentation and that it’s clear and up to date

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in C# / .NET
  • History of delivering or supporting software products in a team throughout the product life cycle.
  • Able to communicate complex idea/ solutions/ problems to other members of the team.
  • Appreciation of agile ways of working, the values and principles.
  • Demonstrate competence in version control.

Desirable

  • WPF, and MVVM programming.
  • Node/express, Angular with TypeScript.
  • Python
  • Any experience in .NET 6 and Linux
  • Knowledge of at least one engineering practic
