Responsibilities
- Provide quick response and consistent production support for Oracle modules and business applications
- Generate and assist with timely help ticket resolution for Oracle modules and business applications
- Ensure efficient operation through appropriate testing, configuring, and patching/upgrading
- Support improvement processes by addressing user concerns with functional and technical solutions
- Assist with rollouts of Oracle modules and business applications to other units
- Drive continuous improvement to better support clients, reduce costs, and maximize resource use
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, providing guidance on business implications and evaluating alternative solutions
- Facilitate effective communication, training, and documentation for supported applications, while maintaining client relationships and mentoring other business analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related business field
- 3-4 years of experience in business analyst or technology-related roles
- Proficiency in oral and written English with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven skills in quickly learning new tools and technologies, and training others
- Experience in facilitating meetings, prioritizing tasks, and working effectively in high-pressure, multi-cultural environments.
