Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating various business and initiatives to ensure timely achievement of milestones across the organization in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage, schedule and coordinate all administration in relation to core meetings including Sales Demand Review, Business Performance Monthly reviews, Employee update communications and Leadership Team meetings including running meeting slides as required
  • Manage business Key Actions list ensuring well documented and coordinate action owners to ensure activities remain on track.
  • Coordinate and prepare requirements and travel for Snr leadership visits and VP travel schedule
  • Work with Sales leaders to ensure alignment in Sales Force opportunities with Demand Review presentations
  • Review progress on Sales Force Opportunities ensuring regularly updated by Sales Leaders – highlighting actions required in Business Performance monthly review meetings
  • Support the administration of HR initiatives and projects
  • Maintain up to date distribution lists for all meetings and communication channels

Qualifications

  • Qualification in business administration or relevant experience
  • 5 years experience in Sales administration
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Ability to influence Senior Leaders and Managers
  • Persistent, open-minded and good communicator
