WRX Trade / AKCALI UK Ltd. is seeking to hire a Sales Representative who will be responsible for growing the sales or the WRX Trade brand water-based paints. You will oversee managing sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the head of departments on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales by tracking sales goals, setting sales targets and facilitate the ongoing training.
Previous experience within the paint industry is required, along with experience selling into retail and B2B. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with future customers. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan (retail and B2B) that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Coordinating with the Head of Sales on lead generation.
- Dealer product training
- Promoting the organisation and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Sales Representative Requirements:
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in the Paint and Coatings industry
- Experience selling to Retail and B2B
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Being intensively at the field
