About the role

Domino has embarked on an ambitious plan of above market top and bottom-line growth, building on its core strength of Coding & Marking with the aim of becoming a market leader in Digital Printing Solutions and delivery of Advanced Services.

We have a position available within our Purchase Leadership team, with responsibility for functional improvements and increasing effectiveness as part of the journey to a credible centre of excellence and measurable maturity. This exciting new role will ensure Global Purchasing is adopting and implementing leading practices, while using the opportunity of a new ERP system to develop its ability to meet evolving customer and Global supply chain demands. You’ll be the person who achieves this with the support of a network of Global Process Owners/Local Process Owners.

You’ll be part of a global purchasing team, conducting gap analysis of the status of the group against maturity models and developing documented best practices, systems, policies and training materials. To ensure successful adoption, you’ll gain commitment of our shared ambition and upskill local process owners in CoE principles, roles and accountabilities.

About you

This role would suit a highly driven and experienced Supply Chain or Engineering professional with both a practical understanding and experience of implementing Centres of Excellence tools, processes and KPIs.

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to present and influence at all levels and navigate complex multifunctional organisation. You will know what ‘great’ looks like and be able to motivate and lead international, matrix teams through the implementation of an excellence framework globally. Experience of managing complex changes within multi-functional organisation would benefit you in this role and we’ll be keen for you to contribute beyond your own function.
