Job Purpose

This is a unique opportunity to join the Commercial Strategy and Planning team and support the delivery of key NPI projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from multiple departments to set up projects.
  • Receive, collate & communicate key project information to stakeholders.
  • Ensure information is delivered in-line with project time plans & gate timings.
  • Become our in-house GenSight system specialist & manage Product Information Files, project plans, pack creation & much more.
  • Track progress against KPI’s while making sure project plan timings are met/deadlines achieved.
  • Mitigate risks as well as identify & implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Experience of project management & associated processes/tools, including CI.
  • Proficient user of MS Office.
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, influencing & interpersonal skills.

  • Experience of internal SAP systems & Gensight.
  • Experience of Stage Gate process desirable.
