We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and creative individual to join our Marketing team in Wimborne, Dorset.

As the Project Manager – Creative Services you will manage campaign projects and the creative process through the Farrow & Ball Studio and relevant external agencies. A combination of traffic manager and account manager, this role requires excellent communication and organisation skills to deliver project briefs and ensure they are scheduled and delivered on time, in budget and within brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Of Project Manager – Creative Services

    • Ensuring transparency of project progress and status updates to support business visibility
    • Supporting efficient flow of work throughout the business using Workfront
    • Completing integration and deployment of the Digital Asset Management system
    • Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and support brand identity progression
    • Establishing end to end briefing and review loops working with stakeholders across the business
    • Timeline and resource management
    • Developing and delivering campaigns to schedule of commercial calendar
    • Monitoring, reporting, and developing budgets for delivery of creative development
    • Supporting workload pressures and opportunities by managing internal and external studio time
    • Coordinating project progression with external creative agencies
    • Report on results and apply learning to future tasks
    • Ensure precision and clarity of communication with stakeholders across the business
    • Supporting the Head of Creative in maintaining the quality, consistency and integrity of all visual elements of the brand
    • Working closely with project owners to deliver responses to briefs in line with their expectations
    • Liaising with the procurement planning team, retail operations and project management office to ensure projects are specified appropriately and deliverables are met
    • Acting as workstream owner, within projects managed by the Programme Management Office
    • Supporting external departments with ad hoc Creative requirements and Project Management; global conference launches, internal branding roll outs, events, and experiences etc
