Chemist

£25,000 – £37,400 depending on experience

You are a chemistry graduate with some experience of experimentation in a laboratory environment. Depending on your level of experience, as a Chemist in our R&D team you will find yourself collaborating on a range of assignments from supporting innovation projects to testing the performance of existing products. Whatever the task, you will develop experimental plans according to a brief, execute them as well as interpret and share findings to agreed timelines. We will look to you to plan and prioritise your workload as well as make recommendations on next steps. Important will be a commitment to following company procedures and operating safely.

With a degree in a science subject (ideally Chemistry) you will have developed strong industrial laboratory skills coupled with good health and safety awareness. You will possess good MS Office, interpersonal and communication skills too. Comfortable prioritising your work, you will also have an eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
