Job Description

PURPOSE

The role involves working with people from across our own business and our customers so confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels across the business and being a good communicator is key.

A willingness to learn is essential as the initial part of the role will be learning from the team the processes and systems which will need to be managed throughout the contract.

The ideal candidate must be well organised and methodical, experience with stock management would be advantageous. Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, training will be given on internal systems that are important for the role.

Working Hours: 39 per week (7.15am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday & 7.15am to 1.00pm Friday)

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Input of key account orders and stock management, including internal ordering and picking of stock.
  • Monitor the key account orders through production and despatch, co-ordinating with internal and external stakeholders through the process.
  • Manage the key account despatch procedure including but not limited to; pallet label production and despatch co-ordination, issuing of pre advice sheets and emails for the customer.
  • Produce labels and work collaboratively with the Printroom Assistant.
  • Ensure all labels are completed for production departments and ensure ABI and Label system are up to date.
  • To ensure label specifications are added to orders on ABI and updated accordingly.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must be computer literate and have I.T. skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and company programmes.

The job holder must be well organised and methodical, and have experience of dealing with personnel, both internal and external stakeholders, at all levels and be a good communicator.

g)Assist with departmental stock management.
