About the role

As our Pricing Manager you will be responsible for collaborating with our sales, marketing, and product management teams to develop new pricing strategies. You will need to analyse market trends, competitor prices, and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to the company’s current pricing structure. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of pricing decisions and strategies across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites with the opportunity for European travel.

The successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Lead or participate in special projects related to pricing, such as system enhancements, new product launches, and market expansions.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, such as distributors and partners, to understand market demands and feedback.
  • Communicate pricing strategies and decisions effectively to internal stakeholders
  • Regularly track competitor pricing and market dynamics to ensure our solutions remain competitive while maximizing profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, customer segmentation, and profitability to identify opportunities for margin improvement.

About you

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and quantitative skills, who has a data-driven approach to decision making. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organisation. This is a primarily European role so fluency in English is required and knowledge of other European languages is a plus! There is also the opportunity for travel as you will occasionally be asked to visit our other European Domino sites.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA would be a bonus
  • Significant experience in a pricing, finance, or commercial role, preferably within the Coding and Marking industry or a related technology sector
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
