We are a company that builds successful partnerships with customers and are now recruiting a Performance Analyst to join our Marine Coatings Division.
As Performance Analyst, you will support the implementation and commercialisation of our vessel performance management product and service solutions. This will involve interrogating ship performance data to create internal and external stakeholder reports including recommendations to undertake and deploy our service solutions. Working closely in conjunction with R+D colleagues you will also produce insights to improve our commercial offer and product and solution pipeline. You will collaborate with our Sales & Marketing team on a range of customer facing activities too.
Ideally with a degree in Marine & Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, Maths or statistics, you will be used to interrogating complex datasets and familiar with statistical tools and programming languages, such as Python, R, Matlab, PowerBI or Tableau. Knowledge of data mining, machine learning or predictive analytics would be a plus. You will also be commercially aware, numerate and possess good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You will be the type of person who enjoys a collaborative working environment and is committed to meeting the needs of internal and external customers too.
