About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Market Development Director to join the Global Domino Team. This role will report into the Director of Channels, and work alongside our Global Marketing, Sales Enablement and Channel Teams to develop current and future opportunities for growth. The role can be based from any of our Domino European entities.
The successful candidate will lead the global market development activities, defining priorities in new and existing sectors, structure and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting key growth metrics to include total revenue and margin within target sectors
- Develop and implement global sector strategy and ensure channels are aligned to execute
- Together with Global Marketing, set priorities for sector business development activities based on full market assessment
- Provide leadership of global business development function and create wider network across the business to support strategy implementation
- Together with Sales Enablement create the global business development toolkit consisting of reporting, Global Account methodology and process
- Together with Global Marketing ensure messaging to the chosen sectors is compelling and aligns with Domino’s brand
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in a commercial leadership role and have a proven record of successfully developing and implementing commercial growth strategies. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to consult, influence and engage at all levels across the global business.
