Manufacturing Operator

As a Manufacturing Operative, you will supply accurately manufactured products in accordance with production schedules, whilst providing a high level of service to internal departments to meet our customers’ demands.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specified products in line with procedures to meet company quality standards.

Adhere to production planning schedules.

Ensure duties are carried out efficiently to minimise costs and waste.

Follow health and safety regulations, maintain safe-working practices at all times and undertake any required training to ensure the company aligns with legislation.

Coordinate your workplace and maintain a high standard of housekeeping, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Provide a high level of service to internal customers.

Achieve production targets in order to contribute to department objectives.

Ensure that products are manufactured to the correct quality following a recipe.

Ensure that products are manufactured safely in a chemical environment.

Qualifications

Numerate and literate

Ability to manually handle large amounts of raw materials (up to 25kg).

Ability to use Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) to load raw materials.

PC literate, ability to use MS Office products and machine operating screens.

Previous Manufacturing Experience Preferred But Not Essential
