IT Support Technician- Barr Hill

About the role

The UK team provide IT project and support services to the UK sites, including office, R&D, and manufacturing facilities. The individual will help us to deliver high performance solutions and services.

We have a vacancy for a role which delivers day-to-day support to those working at the Bar Hill site or to our hybrid/remote workers.

The individual will learn about the Domino business and how we (IT) enable employees/departments to deliver success. As well as looking after individuals, they will be helping to support business systems and infrastructure around the Bar Hill site. They will gain experience of collaborating with the UK and global IT teams and be involved in projects/creative IT solutions.

• What is the core knowledge, skills and attributes required to be successful in the role? We are looking for someone who wants to learn and develop a breadth of skills in IT, working with business functions to discover and deliver IT services that aid them.
• We are looking for an individual who has experience of providing IT employee support and is looking to continue in that role, whilst developing a breadth of skills to develop their career in the future.
• We are a small team, with a keen understanding of the challenges and benefits of IT for many business functions. You will demonstrate confidence, clarity of communications, active listening, collaboration, and a pride in the quality of your work, to allow the UK IT team to contribute to Domino’s success.

• Be involved in key projects where local IT plays a role.
• Establish relationships with our European IT colleagues, share ideas, help with issues and cover from time to time.
• Shows signs of establishing a key and specialized interested to develop and deliver back to the IT team and business.
