We are a company that builds successful partnerships with customers and are now recruiting an Insights Analyst to develop a deep understanding of trends across Trade paint, which is the largest part of our portfolio, to support the creation of effective category strategies, drivers and plans.
As Insights Analyst you will help us understand this vibrant, fast-moving category and the dynamics within it as well as the users of the paint, be they tradesmen, homeowners, or merchants. We will look to you to provide category, shopper and customer actionable insight. You will cultivate a deep understanding of the shopper and develop the best ways of mapping different data sets against each other as well as monitor category performance to identify opportunities and issues for key stakeholders.
You will ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the supply, management and evaluation of information too. Important will be the ability to build your colleagues’ capability in understanding and utilising data and insights for business benefit.
Of graduate calibre, you will have a strong analytic skills and experience in utilising and linking a broad range of data sources. You will have a background in category, shopper, consumer/product research too. Comfortable drawing relevant insights and conclusions from analysis you will be effective at identifying commercial opportunities and threats that exist for the business at both a strategic and at a tactical level. You will also be commercially aware, numerate and with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
