You will have worked in a dispatch role and be a proficient user of SAP or another ERP system. As Dispatch Coordinator you will provide administrative support to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of goods to our customers within agreed service levels. This will involve creating relevant documentation, including export and customs paperwork and making sure deliveries comply with transportation regulations. You will oversee stakeholder communications and update records. Important will be the ability to ensure deliveries are processed in line with service level agreements. You will also investigate service issues and help drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure we continue to delight customers with high standards of service delivery.

With good GCSE’s in Maths & English (or equivalent), you will have experience of dispatch processes and transport regulations. A solid administrator you will have used SAP or similar ERP system and know your way around MS Office.

A good communicator you will be customer focused, effective at prioritising and a team player. In addition, you will be the sort of person who is passionate about excellence and has strong interpersonal skills.
