Farrow and Ball – Digital Marketing Executive

We are actively seeking a motivated individual who excels in a dynamic work setting to become part of our Marketing Department in Wimborne, Dorset, taking on the role of Digital Marketing Executive. This position offers a full-time commitment (37.5 hours per week) with a hybrid working arrangement. Our team generally gathers in the office once to twice a week, while the remaining days involve remote work. We are open to considering some flexibility in working hours.

Farrow & Ball are a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work alongside the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager and our global media agency to develop, implement, and analyse digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels, including SEO, paid search, programmatic display advertising, retargeting, and video advertising.

This position is ideal for an individual who has successfully completed a Marketing Apprenticeship/Qualification and possesses some practical marketing experience. Additional marketing training and support will be provided for the suitable candidate.

What we expect from you as a Digital Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), paid social media marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Develop and implement Pinterest, Instagram and Meta marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our global media agency to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximise campaign results.
  • Implement A/B testing and analysis to optimise landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Track campaign performance and measure key metrics, such as clicks, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider Marketing team, including brand managers, creative designers, and our copywriter, to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.
  • Harness the power of search engine optimsation (SEO) to enhance website visibility, organic traffic, and brand awareness. Implement SEO strategies that align with our target audience and business objectives.
  • Feel confident using analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure key metrics, and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Craft compelling and engaging paid content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions, continuously improving marketing campaigns and optimising resource allocation.
  • Embrace a continuous learning mindset, actively seeking opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in digital marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Key Attributes:

  • Some Practical experience working in a marketing position – preferably with a focus on SEO and PPC.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • A creative and innovative approach to digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content for landing pages and social media.
