This is your opportunity to be a part of developing a best in class full ITO/OTC journey with a strong, integrated digital ecosystem. You will be instrumental in structuring, aligning and standardizing our Sales & Commercial digital operations and systems in order to deliver our growth strategy. As our CRM Business Owner you will challenge the status quo and ensure global alignment and logic of our systems. You will be a critical fundamental stakeholder of our Commercial Excellence transformation with E&I but also Marine and across Hempel. Together with your colleagues you will need to challenge and support the capability and development of our tools, especially CRM.
What You Can Look Forward To In This Role
- Overall responsible for the operation and improvement of CRM tool – including; identifying and aligning requirements from group and regions, business case building, budget follow-up, and roll-out
- Main point of contact to CRM champions and ComEx Directors, Facilitate Change Advisory Board
- Responsible for monthly online training sessions (webinars) and ad hoc training for commercial staff
- Co-owner of the SharePoint support and training platform (communication, training material and manuals)
You will be joining a dedicated team of 34 professionals within our Commercial Excellence Energy & Infrastructure department. You will be based in Hempel’s headquarters in Kgs. Lyngby.
We are looking for a strategic and influential leader
As our ideal candidate you have solid experience from a CRM transformation journeys in an international organization. You have a strong business understanding, a strategic mindset, IT understanding, several years of experience with project management and demonstrated proficiency in using data to drive business results. Our company language is English therefor you need to have strong English competencies.
As a person, you are proactive and suggest solutions and process improvements, when needed. You possess strong interpersonal skills and can effectively drive change management, build relationships and interact with all levels across the organization. You have solid communication & presentation skills – facilitator skills are perceived an advantage. You are highly organized and analytically strong with the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Finally, you are a team player with a positive attitude, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
