Job Description
The Membership Administrator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional administrative and operational support to the Technical and Membership Executive while serving as a key point of contact for members and stakeholders. The role ensures the smooth execution of membership processes, communications, and events, contributing to the Federation’s mission of supporting and growing its member base.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for membership inquiries, providing guidance and administrative support.
- Maintain accurate membership records in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Distribute member communications and technical committee updates, paying attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate member meetings and events, including logistics, attendee management, and catering arrangements.
- Produce and manage welcome and renewal packs, certificates, and other membership materials.
- Oversee reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing the visitor attendance log.
- Support event administration, including conferences and awards, with occasional overnight travel.
- Manage office supplies, meeting room bookings, and general administrative tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within a trade association or non-profit organisation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools like Asana.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
- Experience in event coordination and customer service is highly advantageous.
- A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.

Additional Information
- Location: Coventry, CV4 8HS (in-person role 1 day WFH per Week).
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (35 hours/week).
