Supply Chain Specialist

With a background in logistics and solid experience of using SAP you are ready to develop your career in a business that will encourage your input, welcome your ideas and act on them. That business is AkzoNobel. Home to world class products such as Dulux and Sikkens we are now looking for Supply Chain Specialist to join the team and manage stock, systems, finance, production and logistics processes for UK Automotive business operations in Droitwich.

As Supply Chain Specialist you will receive and process customer orders according to company procedures. You will update system records and ensure order related documentation is accurate as well as track deliveries. You will oversee Incoming Goods processing too. In addition to managing customer inquiries and any issues you will help produce performance reporting and support annual stock takes

With experience in a similar supply chain role in a manufacturing environment, you will be comfortable managing customer orders and experienced at running SAP/ERP systems. With good PC skills, you will be accurate, and have an eye for detail. You must also possess strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. You will hold a full driving licence too.
