SharePoint Architect

Salary of £45k – £50k plus great benefits.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced SharePoint Solutions Architect to join a business that is operating in over 150 countries, we have been awarded Top Employer status in the UK and you can be part of the AkzoNobel family. We want you to be part of our Dulux Decorator Centres business. Join us and help ensure the operation is ready for future Global IM changes and that any integration does not impact on service levels and overall performance.

The Role

  • Overall business responsibility for the maintenance of the SharePoint platform
  • Engages with end-users to collect feedback for existing functionality, and requirements for platform and site enhancements
  • Creates materials for and deliver end-user training and sessions
  • Produce innovative solutions to challenging collaboration and content management business problems
  • Develops the electronic document management and records management system and intranet
  • Developing automated business flows via Power Automate
  • Design, implement and support Communication initiatives

About You

  • SharePoint and MS Office 365 online migration experience
  • SharePoint and MS Office 365 Administration experience
  • Understanding and awareness of basic Business Process Mapping and workflow tools and techniques
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude, working on own initiative have attention to detail with previous customer-facing role with an IT Solutions background
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key
