Key Accountabilities

As Quality Manager you will help improve the customer experience and service performance by developing, heading and advocating for our Quality strategy. You will instill a passion for quality achievement throughout the site and ensure our people deliver against key performance indicators. This will include the implementation and maintenance of an annual quality improvement plan. You will ensure compliance with customer as well as national and international quality standards and investigate and report on significant non-compliance to process incidents. A campaigner for quality within the business, you will also encourage a culture of learning while nurturing a team that is results focused and continually stretches goals. Your remit will include taking responsibility for our Performance & Development process too.

Experience

An experienced Quality Manager with a relevant degree (or equivalent) you will have an in-depth understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and Lean Manufacturing Principles. You will be able to coach and performance manage teams to develop member skills as well as enhance business performance. You will also have experience of statistical process control techniques and be comfortable working with large amounts of data. With strong IT skills, you will be commercially astute and experienced in executing change management initiatives. You will enjoy a collaborative working environment and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and numeracy skills too.
