Production Operative

Having worked in a manufacturing or processing environment and gained a FLT license you are now looking for a new job opportunity in a business that has a world class reputation. As Production Operative you will prepare, load and fill specified recipes in-line with manufacturing schedules as well as monitor production equipment and maintain records. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures for running mixers, ensuring product is of the highest quality and meets specifications. You will keep your work area clean and tidy too. Important will be the ability to operate safely.

For this role you will need good grades in English and Maths. Able to take on physically demanding work, you will be IT literate in basic word processing. A team player you have a flexible approach and good communication and interpersonal skills. Critically, you will have experience in a manufacturing or process operation and possess a Forklift truck license. You must be able to work a shift system including nights and some weekend work.
