Job Overview
Responsibilities:
  • Manage our PFP technical enquiries database for Europe as well as provide consultancy services to clients and technical support to key account managers and regional commercial teams
  • Seek and support new business opportunities for our service and product solutions
  • Helping with negotiating terms and conditions of contracts
  • Update records, undertake customer visits and produce regular business reporting
  • Feedback customer insight indicating how our products are used and how well they align versus the competition
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical or chemical sectors in a process safety or fire structural, and civil engineering role
  • Solid understanding of PFP
  • Sound knowledge of the operational risk assessment and reporting procedures employed in O&G facilities
  • Experience selling services within the O&G Downstream segment
  • Familiar with cloud-based reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience use of PFP systems (concrete, light-weight cement, epoxy and dry-fix) and the escalation strategies employed in O&G facilities is highly desirable

  • Salary£50,000-£54,000 per annum
