Summary:
  • Partner with our business leaders and HR, while skilfully leading the search for the best talent to join our company
  • 6 months fixed term contract
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full cycle hiring process from role definition through direct sourcing, screening, interview and offer management, handling a varied and diverse requisition workload across the EMEAI region
  • Stakeholder management and business partnering across the Regions and Functions to assess recruiting needs and anticipate future needs
  • Strategically and commercially savvy with the ability to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process through effective use of time and resources
  • Metrics-driven and a passion for delivering high quality results
  • Provision of excellent candidate experience, creating brand awareness of the Sherwin Williams brand across the regions
Requirements:
  • Understanding of the core functions of sales, engineering, chemical engineering, production, R&D and manufacturing operations will be advantageous
  • Proven excellence of working with business leaders, supporting and guiding them on hiring needs and best practice
  • Demonstrable direct sourcing of talent will also be essential
  • Strong project management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear reporting of progress and analytics will be essential
  • Establish and maintain, where appropriate, vendor partnerships with suitable sourcing tools, job boards, and salary benchmarking surveys
  • A mix of in-house agency/executive search experience is preferred
  • Fluency in French and English to business proficiency level is required
  • Additional language skills would be advantageous
