Job Overview
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Dulux Academy team in the promotion and scheduling of courses
  • A point of contact for customers providing advice and information to those attending courses
  • Ensuring that the learner experience runs smoothly and exceeds expectation
  • Coordinating the Dulux Academy program of activity including course and learner management, maintaining accurate learner records and providing relevant data and reports
  • Liaise with and manage 3rd party providers, external venues and appropriate awarding bodies where necessary
Requirements:
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Good IT skills and learning technologies development including maintaining and developing in-house e-learning solutions and communications
Job Detail
