Job Overview
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Dulux Academy team in the promotion and scheduling of courses
  • A point of contact for customers providing advice and information to those attending courses and those who are part of our pro-loyalty program
  • Ensuring that the customer experience is delivered in the Dulux way
  • Coordinating Dulux Academy program of activity including course and learner management
  • Maintaining accurate learner records and providing relevant data and reports
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers, external venues appropriate awarding bodies where necessary
Requirements:
  • Administrative experience, preferably within a learning background
  • Excellent communicator
  • Team player
  • Good IT skills
