Job Overview
  • Work predominantly with Dulux as a brand and increase sales and market share by building excellent relationships with key specifiers, acting as the pivotal link that cascades national specifier supply chain agreements to regional offices
  • Develop a contact strategy and deliver compelling value propositions to specifier clients
  • Become recognised as a 'coatings industry expert' by monitoring and reporting on sector developments and competitor activities
  • Create, maintain and implement the regional business plan
  • Spot gaps in the market for new product development
  • Of graduate calibre
  • Extensive experience in a senior sales/customer facing role
  • Used to deploying market customer insights to drive a sector leading position
  • Good at developing relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and financial skills
  • Ability to design and execute strategic customer plans
  • Self-motivated, comfortable at prioritising your workload, excel at achieving targets and are resilient in negotiations
  • Full driving licence essential
  • Experience of dealing with major construction and housebuilding companies/working with architects would be advantageous
