Summary:
  • Field based to cover South East England including Hampshire
Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage relationships with existing customers whilst identifying and targeting new ones
  • Working with management colleagues you will formulate action plans and growth strategies
  • This will involve developing contact strategies and delivering technical presentations highlighting the key features and benefits of our products and services
  • Share market intelligence, trends and competitor activity with colleagues to improve overall performance
  • Monitor and report effectiveness against targets
  • Deliver customer service levels that ensure the market continues to use AkzoNobel products above all others
Requirements:
  • Experienced sales professional with a record of delivering consistent profitable sales growth within a fast-paced environment
  • Success based on developing client focused and commercially viable solutions to meet the customers' needs
  • Possess excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, excel at forecasting comfortable achieving targets and resilient in negotiations
  • Full driving licence is essential
