Job Overview
Responsibilities:
  • Take calls from direct customers ordering products from across our popular range
  • Ensure orders are taken accurately and uploaded onto our system ready for despatch within 24 hours
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Work with sales teams to ensure brand loyalty
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Monitor effectiveness of our systems and processes and identify ways in which we can improve service delivery
Requirements:
  • GCSE's including Maths and English or equivalent NVQ/AS level qualifications
  • Experience delivering high standards of customer service, ideally in a call centre environment
  • Understand the importance of getting details right the first time
  • Totally customer focused
  • Highly numerate
  • Possess excellent telephone, communication and IT skills including use of SAP
  • Eye for detail
  • Enjoy challenge of working to tight deadlines and solving problems
  • Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast moving environment

  • Salary£21,000 per annum + benefits
