Job Overview
Responsibilities:
  • Take calls from direct customers ordering products from across our popular range
  • Ensure orders are taken accurately and uploaded onto our system ready for dispatch within 24 hours
  • Build strong client relationships and work with sales teams to ensure brand loyalty
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Monitor the effectiveness of our systems and processes and identify ways in which we can improve service delivery
Requirements:
  • Understand the importance of getting details right first time
  • Totally customer focused
  • Highly numerate
  • Possess excellent telephone, communication and IT skills including use of SAP
  • Eye for detail
  • Enjoy the challenge of working to tight deadlines and solving problems
  • Comfortable juggling changing priorities in a fast moving environment
