Sales Assistant E-Commerce – Casual Worker

As a Sales Assistant with the focus on e-commerce, based within our Johnstone’s Decorating Centre, you will provide a first class customer service selling and promoting PPG products. By understanding the customer needs, you will help to drive, develop and increase sales within the store and across the wider network.

This is a key, customer focused role for which an outgoing, helpful and hardworking nature will be paramount in order to ensure an excellent customer experience.

This is a casual worker position and contract.

Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting the e-commerce arm of the business by coordinating customer’s online purchases.
    • Completing and processing sales transactions.
    • Being primary point of contact for customer queries either online or by telephone.
    • Completing the packaging and organising of the delivery of goods.
    • Restocking of merchandise.

Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a customer focused environment delivering on sales.
    • Excellent communication skills, with a positive customer focused mentality.
    • Good understanding of MICROS and IT systems.
    • Flexibility in attitude towards both working hours and duties.
