Job Overview
Summary:
  • Role is to maximise sales, deliver operational excellence and develop the Farrow & Ball brand throughout the Region's showrooms
  • Raise the commercial skills of the showroom managers, drive sales, lead the opening of new showrooms and increasing the customer base
  • South remit covers mainly the M3/M4 corridores with a few additional locations
Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out regular sales performance analysis and implementing appropriate steps to maximise sales and grow awareness
  • Lead and manage the showroom managers providing clear business direction, setting personal and showroom objectives with regular coaching and feedback
  • Uphold consistency across the showroom network to guarantee an identical customer experience in each showroom
  • Recruit, motivate and engage the teams
Requirements:
  • Proven commercial skills
  • Retail management experience in a luxury/high end brand
  • A keen interest or passion for interiors and colour are desirable and the willingness to travel is key
  • Previous experience as an exceptional leader of retail managers with a proven track record of delivering results in a field-based environment
  • Ability to provide clear direction and performance management
  • Ability to demonstrate an inspirational leadership style through exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
  • Have demonstrable natural leadership skills identifiable for a regional or area role
  • Passionate about supporting store managers every day
  • Excellent communication skills to confidently influence and engage at all levels
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively with a full and current driving license with no disqualifications
