Job Overview


Leads & facilitates wide-scale initiatives to improve business & product quality and related areas by applying comprehensive quality tools & methodologies (like LSS principles) to improve customer satisfaction, product quality, efficiency, financials, sales and operations. Responsibilities may include working with multiple businesses, departments, and implementing complex programs across the EMEAI region.


  • Leads trouble shooting efforts of complex business customer complaint issues to identify root causes and solutions for sustained improvement
  • Supports deployment of key quality programs across the EMEAI region
  • Chairs quality review boards for specified business to drive & facilitate quality improvements
  • Leads projects/teams in the review and analysis of business processes to improve quality and efficiency with measurable improvements
  • Work closely with specific business units’ management and technical leadership to drive quality improvement and standardisation across the business
  • Participates with management to develop business project objectives, such as outlining project requirements, scope, resources, team members, tasks, and project owners
  • Leads meetings to review and examine project completion, obstacles, problem resolution, timelines, recommendations, and conclusions
  • Leads or performs analysis that involves the application of advanced statistical principles and practices to identify opportunities for improvement or validation of root causes
  • Coach & train on quality initiatives and programs as part of deployment plans
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Extensive years’ of industrial professional experience (including several years’ of management level experience preferred)
  • Several years of continuous improvement professional experience
  • Green Belt certified minimum (Black Belt certified preferred)
  • Leading multiple projects/programs across a wide geographical and business scope
  • Mentoring/coaching of teams and personnel to achieve goals
  • Applying comprehensive quality tool & LSS Black Belt principles and practices
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive processes and tools
  • Applying advanced quality management principles and practices
  • Working at an advanced competence level using Minitab or other statistical software
  • Identifying and resolving product and business problems and inefficiencies and formulating plans to improve
  • Analysing various forms of qualitative and quantitative information
  • Working with leadership management team on key quality meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules and regulations
  • Facilitating change across various functions
  • PC skills, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applicable applications
  • Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction
  • Ability to travel required: estimated 25-50%


  • Have an understanding of Supplier Quality Assurance
  • Have an understanding of New Product Introduction
  • Ability to speak multiple languages. Italian, Polish and French an advantage
