About the role

The Services and Automation Programme Manager will be responsible for driving the delivery of the outcomes described in the Services and Automation roadmap. You will be expected to take a broad view on the collective outcomes being delivered through the programme and re-configure project plans to deliver the desired business goals in the most efficient and optimal way.

As a successful Programme Manager you are trusted to own the accountability for the delivery of a programme of projects that form part of our New Product and Service Development project portfolio. Taking a strategic, longer term view, you will focus on how to architect linked projects into programmes that will deliver sustainable organisational growth. Your people-centric approach will ensure that business outcomes are efficiently achieved through the effective implementation of our Product and Services Development governance process.

You will work cross functionally and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. As you will need to work across organisational teams and boundaries, strong communication skills at all levels are a key aspect of the role. Your goal is to strategically lead the overall programme, ensuring that individual projects are coordinated in the most optimal way to collectively deliver the desired business outcomes. You will oversee multiple project teams, making sure that each project remains focused on delivering the value and outcomes desired by the business whilst remaining aligned with the overall business strategy.

About you

Your skills and ability allow you to select the most appropriate approach to ensure programme delivery and we encourage flexibility and adaptability in your style to ensure maximum value is delivered. We are always striving to improve and learn, so our Programme Managers will continually seek ways to improve how we collectively deliver against our New Product and Services Development strategy.

You will have proven performance in the delivery of complex product and services development programmes within a cross-functional team environment and be able to demonstrate a successful delivery track record. You will have experience managing direct reports and will be able to evidence your ability to develop teams and grow direct reports to support their professional development whilst delivering against their objectives.

What you can expect

We recognise that flexible homeworking can be beneficial and at Domino we want people to feel able to own the way they work. For many of us this, this might be coming into the office most days, just a couple of times a week, or perhaps fortnightly. What’s important is that we enable you get the best from us and for us to get the best from you, whether that’s from your home office or on site, as long as we continue to collaborate and enable great outcomes for our customers. We are a highly successful company, we’re large enough to offer career development opportunities yet small enough for your contribution to be readily recognised and rewarded.
