About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Product Owner to join our team. The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for assisting in the initial definition and creation of a digital products road-map. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business analysis, IT product ownership, and working with agile delivery teams. The individual should have a passion for delivering high-quality digital products that meet business goals and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business product managers and stakeholders to understand and translate business goals into functional digital product requirements and features.
  • Create and maintain a digital delivery road-map.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product-related documentation as needed.
  • Experience in vendor selection for IT platforms.
  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and user feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Define and track product success metrics and KPIs and communicate progress and results to stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful development and delivery of digital products, capabilities and services that meet business requirements and drive customer satisfaction.

About you

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related roles, preferably in an IT or digital product environment.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working with agile delivery teams.
  • Experience with digital product development, including web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and digital services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
