About The Role

M365 Applications Support Manager oversees our global IT team responsible for the support and management of the Microsoft 365 application suite.

The ideal role holder will have proven experience in leading small teams within international companies, possessing in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including familiarity with Copilot and an ability to understand the practical application of our M365 suite in driving value in the business.

Excellent in translating business needs into actionable outcomes, this role requires a proactive and positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to engage with employees at all levels and ensure our business community is supported.

Key Activities

  • Lead and mentor a small technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Support of the Microsoft 365 application suite, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction, support, and training where required.
  • Plan, manage, and execute projects related to Microsoft 365, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage with employees at all levels to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance team productivity and support capabilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures. Generate reports on system performance, team activities, and project progress.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude in addressing challenges and helping the team and business meet its objectives.
  • Develop relationships with the business, including GMs and Exec level

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 applications
  • Proven experience in leading small technical teams within international companies.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including the Copilot feature.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to helping the team and business achieve its goals.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task management, organizational skills, visibility and good communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts.
  • Working knowledge of change management principles
  • Demonstrated positive attitude: hands-on, can-do, solutions-oriented, accountable
  • Strong work ethic: disciplined, autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Result driven mindset: drive & energy to perform and deliver excellent results
