Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for international shipping and customs regulations? Pulse Roll Label Products is seeking a dedicated and skilled Export Logistics Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team in Yate, Bristol.
About The Role
In this pivotal role, you will support our internal sales and warehouse teams, ensuring the seamless transportation of goods to international markets. You will be responsible for coordinating shipment planning and creating accurate, complete, and compliant export documents. This is a fast-paced role that suits someone who thrives in a busy, task-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and handling agents to manage shipments
- Create and manage export documents, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and destination country requirements
- Provide excellent customer service, meeting deadlines for product delivery
- Communicate effectively to resolve exceptions and discrepancies with carriers, handling agents, and customers
Skills And Experience
- In-depth knowledge of export administration and documentation, including the new CDS system, incoterms, bills of lading, dangerous goods notes, certificates of origin, and commercial invoices
- Completion of export training courses
- Several years of experience in logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills
- A flexible approach, supporting team members and departmental demands
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and professional manner
What We Offer
- Full-Time Permanent Position: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
- Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year plus bank holidays
