What should you bring to be successful in this role?

  • Proven Industry Experience would be ideal: Demonstrated ability in the marine sector, with extensive knowledge of its dynamics and outstanding strategic sales skills. Though, we hire for potential, so please apply if this is a sector you see your career taking!
  • Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to use analytical tools and methodologies to conduct thorough assessments, understand market intelligence, and identify trends. This includes proficiency in analysing business operations, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities, with a focus on sustainability and carbon footprint reduction
  • Strategic Development Skills: Proven experience in formulating data-driven strategies and making actionable recommendations.
  • Critical Thinking: A track record of developing and implementing strategies for sustainable growth and excellence
