Are you ready to make a significant impact on a dynamic and growing company? We are seeking a talented IT Business Process Expert (SME) to join our team and drive change through process optimization and innovation. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, standardization, and compliance across our (IT) business operations.

As IT Business Process Expert your main tasks will be:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert: Provide expert guidance and knowledge to address complex business challenges, facilitating smoother implementation of new solutions and driving company growth.
  • Analyze Process Performance Metrics: Utilize performance metrics like cycle time, error rates, and customer satisfaction to evaluate process effectiveness, enabling data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Business Process Requirements Gathering: Serve as a liaison between business units and product/delivery teams, collecting and finalizing business process requirements to ensure optimal implementation aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Drive Process Standardization and Compliance: Ensure processes adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and Coordinate Process Improvement Projects: Lead and support process improvement initiatives, setting timelines and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, IT, and other departments to align processes with organizational objectives and support overall business goals.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • University Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT or equivalent experiences
  • Excellent Understanding of business applications.
  • Good English language skills both written and verbal
  • Good analytical, Conceptual & Problem-solving abilities
  • IT Governance model: good experience to manage and work with structured Governance framework and processes also suggesting improvements and simplification in order to increase the efficiency;
  • Technology knowledge background: consolidated experience on the most important enterprise technologies and digital platform, ability to understand, identify and propose different typologies of architectural solution in alignment with Product & Delivery and Infrastructural teams;
  • Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with professional certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, or PMP considered advantageous.
