Job Overview
  • Responsible for H&S of the area - ensure all accidents/hazards and near misses are reported and investigated
  • Adherence of department health and safety requirements and SSOW
  • Production of ICT stock according to needs
  • Management of storage of Bases, Stainers and finished product
  • Disposal of stainer containers/optimisation of material use
  • Picking, tinting, labelling of tins
  • Maintenance and daily/weekly/monthly housekeeping of tinting and shaking machines
  • Housekeeping of base storage, area around machines output storage of ICT
  • Stock check of bases and stainers
  • Ensuring daily and weekly housekeeping checklists are completed
  • Ensure all KPI reports are completed on a daily and weekly basis
  • Ensure all spillages are handled with appropriate materials with disposal according to standard policy and due consideration to environment impact
  • Investigation of quality issues identified during inspections or as a result of customer complaints
  • Managing customer orders and liaising with customers with regards to order requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting highly desirable
