About the role
You will be 1 of 2 Administrators, supporting specific business areas within Domino, ensuring the proactive and effective management of all HR Administration related tasks. You will be based out of our Bar Hill site.
Your key objectives will include:
- Supporting the attraction and recruitment process, arranging interviews, managing our HR ATS, drafting and sending offer paperwork and completing relevant background checks
- Supporting new starters with pre-boarding and onboarding, specifically up to and including day 1
- Support Head of HR Operations with processing spend within the UK HR Team
- Maintain employee and general files across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring appropriate security of all HR-related information, in line with GDPR guidelines
- Act as back up to administer and process payroll
- Work closely and in alignment with group HR and the key deliverables and initiatives

- Has strong organisational and administration skills
- Is able to operate with discretion, reliability and model Domino’s values and leadership behaviours
- Has the ability to work in a pressurised and ambiguous environment and be flexible to change
- Has experience of working within a fast paced and busy environment
Background Checks
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will need to complete background checks including a DBS check and 5 years’ employment/educational references – these will need to be completed before the successful candidate can start the role.
