Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with Director of Sales devise and develop mid to long term paint strategy for CBG European business
  • Lead European paint programme – rollout across partners in UK & Europe
  • Develop and implement strategy for CBG North America export business across EMEAI
  • Strategic lead for key profit improvement projects, sealants etc, in CBG EMEAI to increase operating income
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to determine key sales processes and develop workflows to achieve desired goals
  • Undertake and communicate to senior stakeholders regular sales organisational reviews
  • Independently analyse emerging trends and make recommendations on expansion opportunities, competitive threats and new routes to market
  • Make recommendations for the creating and implementation of business strategies to drive continuous processes across sales teams
  • Analyse complex datasets; reporting findings in comprehensible high-level summaries
  • Critically evaluate complex information from multiple sources and clearly indicate final analysis and action items in regards to process improvement proposals
  • Working collaboratively with cross functional teams, streamline processes to enable sales teams to service end customer more efficiently including sales, excellence, marketing and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Strategic vision and implementation

  • Ability and willingness to conduct workshops
  • Convincing, persistent, open-minded and good communicator
  • Ability to deliver lean training
  • Expert in Lean tools and principles (or at least willing to learn them)
  • Demonstrate numeracy and analytical skills
