Job Overview
Summary:
  • Analysis of manufacturing expenses for 7 sites in EMEAI Region, forecasting and budgeting process, monthly P&L results review, continuous improvement projects finance support, capital projects and business case scenario analysis
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Area Controller in the development of forecasts and Annual Operating Budget
  • Analyse monthly P&L, investigate deviations from plan and report findings to management
  • Identify, provide analytical support and follow up on operational cost savings and continuous improvement projects
  • Review, support and follow up on capital projects
  • Participate towards completion of monthly and ad hoc reporting and other related tasks and duties as directed or needed
  • Gain a general understanding of corporate and local finance policies
  • Support local finance managers as required
  • Work and collaborate within EMEAI Region GSC organisation
Requirements:
  • Ability to work to and achieve strict deadlines
  • Proven ability to develop and work to effective financial systems
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong emphasis on ability to take own initiatives, being able to find their ways and work independently
  • Be prepared for occasional travels in EMEAI Region
  • Previous working experience in an international company and/or working abroad
  • Experience with Oracle and Business Intelligence tools
  • Experience within manufacturing desirable
