Job Overview
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries in relation to FEET projects, return dates, software queries etc to allow engineers to focus on complex project enquiries
  • Ensures a professional and courteous response to all customers
  • Provide information to customers, field sales staff and other internal customers upon request in relation to project availability, managing customer expectation
  • Issue and manage software licenses
  • Provide basic support by being able to operate FDE software for "simple" enquiries
  • Provide technical information on request to internal and external customers
  • Support the general running of the department
  • Have knowledge on customer priority, relationships etc
  • To encourage and develop a team culture both within own team and across the business
  • Enables and delivers effective training and development for individuals and the team
  • Achievement of effective communication both within own team and between teams
  • Ensures a proactive approach to the implementation of all HS&E
Requirements:
  • Qualified to GCSEs level, desirable to have a degree in a technical/engineering field
  • Experience in customer services/relationships is essential
  • Excellent English language - spoken and written
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
