Job Description

As our Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for producing multiple operational and internal customer reports across Sherwin Business Services operations.

Ideally you will be enthusiastic, excited to learn and have an analytical and enquiring mind with the ability to manipulate data from multiple complex sources is required.

This role is based at Witney, Oxfordshire one day a week with working from home on the other days.

Responsibilities

Reporting

  • Ensure reports are complete, accurate and delivered to stakeholders to a planned schedule.
  • Review raw data and ensure integrity of reports

Analytics & Insights

  • Able to analyze and add informed commentary to provide insight on reports
  • Challenge use of reports to ensure value add and they are reaching their target audience
  • Able to identify trends, anomalies and key drivers that impact data

Relationships

  • Work effectively with team members across Global time zones
  • Build strong relationships internally within SBS and internal customers

Audits

  • Support internal and external audit reporting requirements

Transitions

  • Support transitions data requirements as part of due diligence
  • Assess reporting needs to ensure reporting at go live

Qualifications

  • Business or IT related degree qualified
  • Excel expert level, proficient in functions and charts, including pivot tables and lookups
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and technologies
  • Can do attitude, always striving for improvement and innovation
  • Oracle experience would be highly beneficial
