Customer Success Coordinator
1 Year Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid working – 1 day a week in our Bar Hill, Cambridgeshire office (part-time applications will be considered)
£27,000 – £29,000 per annum
About the role
Working for the UK Sales and Service Channel and part of the wider UK Marketing team, this is a role within the Customer Operations Team. The position supports Area Account Managers in the customer life cycle. Proactively helps customers from enquiry to post installation to ensure successful delivery, use of our products and services to deliver desired customer outcomes. Demonstrate expertise and listening skills to collaborate with colleagues and customers to provide excellent onboarding and service, externally and internally. Support the growth of customer lifetime profitability, take responsibility, and show ambition to contribute to a customer success focused culture.
About you

- Commercial mindset
- An interest in sales and customer activity, ideally with some sales support and CRM or ERP software experience (e.g. Oracle, Salesforce)
- Project Management and/or Data Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Proven experience of prioritising a busy workload
- A growth mindset and willingness to embrace change.
